We have a refund policy of how refunds are handled here at HostReach. We also outlined guidelines for you in order to get your refund.

You are eligable for a refund until 7 days after purchase. No Questions asked, but feedback is welcomed.

If your account is suspended for violation of Terms of Service, You are ineligable for a refund

If you chargeback or defraud using the payment method of your choice, You are inelgiable for a refund.

We try to be fair about refunds and dealing with your money, We are not here to have a bad business, or practice bad business. We are here to deliver a service that is 100% faithful and true to our clients. With that being said, If you would like a please open a ticket with support and it will be handled as soon as possible. If you are out of the 7 days, open a ticket and discuss your options with a member of the staff. We will try to work it out with you.

Please note while we offer a refund, not all items you buy are refundable which means you will not be able to get a refund on items such as:

Licenses - Any extra license that you purchase through us are non-refundable

IP Addresses - If you purchase an IP address for you hosting account it is non-refundable.
